What you should bring

Minimum 5-7 years marketing experience

Exceptionally strong customer-focus

Experience with sales enablement

Experience developing go-to-market plans for new commercial solutions from BETA to maturity

Experience in B2B and solutions marketing, preferably in chemicals industry or similar

Ability to be thought leader and face of solution to the industry

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Excellent communications and persuasion skills – both spoken and written to develop and give world class presentations to internal stakeholders, customers and partners

Fluent English speaker

Experience in working in a cross functional /matrix organization

Strong financial knowledge, business acumen and overall analytical skills

Strategic thinker balanced with exceptional execution that drives results

Experience in working within a global and international team

Demonstrated success defining and launching new solutions
