Basic Job Function Working for the LexisNexis Integration Services group, the Integration Engineer will be responsible for a variety of technical projects in the areas of search, system integration, data analytics and software development. 

Accountabilities: 
1. Work with management and team members to prototype, design, implement, test and document customer-facing solutions using internally developed, third party, and developer technologies. a. Build, configure and maintain system integration components to support customer requirements. b. Create technical and end-user documentation. c. Build frameworks to facilitate automated testing and improve quality. 
2. Assist with implementation at client sites (physical and remote). a. Work with project manager to understand customer needs. b. Assist in implementation and configuration of solutions. c. Build customer relationships and assist in sales/implementation motions. 
3. Provide training to team members and technical support to customers. a. Provide internal training sessions. b. Maintain Knowledge Base of functionality, questions, and issues. c. Provide technical support for Project Manager to address customer issues. 
4. Assist management with technology evaluations to garner support for new or improved solutions a. Maintain awareness of vendor products and market trends. b. Assess technologies/products to meet requirements. c. Document and present findings to management and other internal teams. 
5. Other consulting activities as needs arise. a. Analyze data, trends, and workflow to understand customer environment and needs. 

Qualifications:  
1. BA or BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 
2. 4+ years experience in product and software development or solution integration 
3. Strong Analytical Problems Solving Skills 
4. Experience coding Java and .NET, and developing applications with SQL, HTML, XML and related Enterprise technologies 
5. Previous experience with web, database or search Enterprise applications 
6. Experience integrating with content management, search or workflow systems a plus 
7. Ability to work independently and with other technical team members, working from high-level designs with minimal guidance 
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms 
9. Ability to work effectively with other team members and customers 
10. Ability to effectively adapt to and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs and take ownership of assignment 
11. Strong Presentation Skills 
12. Strong Project Coordination Skills 
13. Some travel to client sites may be required
