We have a rare opportunity for an impressive Senior Product Marketing Executive to join our global marketing team, responsible for delivering the customer engagement strategy for XpertHR US. We are looking for a talented marketing professional with an aptitude and passion for the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape and who can demonstrate impressive communication skills.

The Senior Product Marketing Executive will:

  • Take ownership and execute the US customer engagement and retention strategy
  • Understand the audience, competition, market size (segmentation) and opportunity
  • Take feedback and insight from the customer and feed into product development
  • Be responsible for the GTM for new product enhancements or developments
  • Become the brand champion ensuring the product enhancements align to the brand strategy
  • Monitor and report on performance and engagement, using campaign results to evaluate ROI, optimize campaigns and formulate future plans
  • Utilise the full marketing mix including, but not limited to PPC, remarketing, social media, email, third party, events, webinars and PR
  • Work with the US commercial Product Managers and Customer Success teams to deliver the customer strategy
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including specialist marketers, product, sales and customer success to define and communicate our user proposition
  • Briefing and managing media and creative agencies on specific marketing campaigns

The right candidate will need to quickly:

  • Own, execute and deliver:
    • Increased upsell/cross sell opportunities for commercial sales teams
    • Improved customer engagement and advocacy
    • A step change in our approach to demand generation
  • Develop an effective relationship with key stakeholder groups and senior leaders, informing them of marketing activities and results
  • Understand the brand, customers (personas) and products inside out
  • Work proactively suggesting best practice and cross-promotion/upsell opportunities
  • Provide reporting and insight to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and offering advice and guidance on optimization

If you’re right for this role, you will:

  • Have proven knowledge and experience of online marketing techniques
  • Advanced experience in integrated marketing campaign management and optimization
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing principles
  • Be inquisitive and proactive, you will have an appetite to positively challenge current processes and look for new opportunities whilst learning and developing new skills
  • Relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Be extremely well organized and have excellent attention to detail with strong copywriting, proof reading, communications and reporting skills
  • You will be comfortable with technology
  • Account based marketing experience will be an advantage
  • College/university degree or equivalent. Marketing qualification will be seen as a bonus
