Responsible for driving revenue potential, market penetration and conversion to the maximum and further developing relationship network by phone while reaching high customer satisfaction level

 

Reports directly to the VP Sales Benelux      

 
Key responsibilities: 

  • Call existing customers as well as ‘cold’ prospects, based at systematic generated call schedules or a self developed call plan, on a regular basis in view of safeguarding existing revenue and /or  obtaining additional revenue
  • Utilize cross-selling/up-selling opportunities through predefined Marketing campaigns and / or customer expertise
  • Deal with incoming enquiries and act on provided leads to generate new customers
  • Set up call plans in cooperation with the Head of Sales and Marketing department
  • Execute consistent Telesales standards and tools
  • Review monthly reports, document sales results and forecasts
  • Lead in deal closing
  • Explain contractual terms and conditions to clients and modify standard contract templates at the basis of predefined clauses. Align with the legal department in case of exceptions.
  • Works closely with the Regional VP Sales Benelux, Account managers, Marketing, Back Office, Service Desk and Business development.

 

Required qualifications:
 

 

  • Proven track record of > 1 year in a B2B sales role; tactical account development and negotiation skills
  • Information and or Knowledge management knowledge and/ or experience
  • Minimum Bachelor level education
  • Multi-cultural awareness
  • Strong phone communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a products, service or idea from prospects and clients
  • Making customer and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships
  • Interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization
  • Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required; being proactive.
  • Being able to carefully listen to customers in order to diagnose the situation and translate customer input to sales  / business qualifications
