We are looking to hire:

Sales Operations Support Consultant based in Dusseldorf or Amsterdam

This role is part of the Global Sales Operations Fulfillment team and responsible for the contracts processing in Europe & Middle East with primary focus on Dutch contracts. This role involves providing day-to-day business operational support to the Sales team, including contracts management and accounts governance.

Day-to-day operational tasks:
  • Audit & process customers contracts in line with legal and business requirements
  • Ensure the accurate and timely setup of subscription and trial accounts, track orders until completion, ensure the successful end-to-end contracts fulfillment, report order details.
  • Administer and maintain customer’s accounts as required, customer details updates, processing credits, resolve billing and other fulfillment inquiries, process accounts renewals and cancellations, etc.
  • Regular liaison with other functions to problem solve both internal and external customer issues.

  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in contracts processing
  • Fluent English and Dutch
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Process-oriented and strong attention to detail. 
  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Dedicated to meeting requirements of internal and external customers
