Within the Real Estate Division, you are responsible for revenue growth by developing the sales of the Mapic Real Estate portfolio and their international extensions. You are a real ambassador of the Mapic tradeshow brands. This includes the following activities:

  • Renew, retain and develop an existing portfolio and large private accounts;
  • Renew contact with former customers, understand their expectations and propose solutions to win them back;
  • Prospect new potential customers, understand their expectations and propose the most appropriate solutions;
  • Promote trade shows on competing events, press, federations, professional associations and public authorities;
  • Participate in the development of dedicated communication tools and participate in specific strategic missions;
  • Follow monitor and understand the trends of the Real Estate and Retail industries, new product launches to understand customer needs and propose solutions adapted to our trade shows;
  • Monitor the activity using the CRM tools in place and ensure the reporting of your commercial activity in compliance with the internal processes.

This job is designed for you if…

You have:
  • A higher education degree in Sales,
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international sales development, in a B to B environment,
  • Strong prospecting skills, a real result orientation and customer conquest
  • A good mastery of reporting and database management tools (SFDC type)
 
You are :
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Result driven, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to deal with C-level interlocutors, convince and close deals
