Reed MIDEM is looking for a Sales Manager

H/F - Permanent contract
 


Within the Real Estate Division, you develop the strategic client portfolio by adopting a consultant approach and proposing tailored services


You will develop our brand in international territories: Middle East, Gulf Countries, Africa ... (at least one trip per month is expected) by managing the exiting Key Accounts and prospecting new ones.


You will have to convince future strategic partners (Investors, Public Authorities, Project Developers, Architects, Service Providers, Start-ups, Promoters ...) with a multi-show and multi-product approach, for medium and long-term partnerships, in order to ensure the growth of our brands.


Our events are key moments where the global Real Estate industry players meet to present content, make deals, attend conferences, meet and exchange.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:


1/ Contribute to commercial development
  • Meet basic commercial goals
  • Identify and transform Up, Cross selling and new business opportunities
  • Sell tailored solutions by following sales advising steps: Active listening, the art of questioning, Rephrasing, Argumentation, Closing.
  • Formalize client needs through sales proposals
  • Have a multiple-contact approach
 
2/ Manage your business
  • Check and update data in CRM
  • Sales monitoring and business reports
  • Define and communicate sales action plans by analyzing your sector and client portfolio
  • Coordinate internal actors working with your clients
  • Manage representatives
 
3/ Act as “relationship broker”
  • Develop and maintain a network with your clients
  • Be a brand ambassador (press, influencers, barters, etc.)
  • Be vigilant and share the lessons
 


This job is made for you if…


You have:
  • A higher education degree in Sales,
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in international sales development, in a B to B and/or export environment.
  • Strong prospecting skills, a real result orientation and customer conquest
  • A good mastery of reporting and database management tools (SFDC type)
 
You are :
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Result driven, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to deal with C-level interlocutors, convince and close deals
