Accountabilities:

 

·         Create project plan yearly in collaboration with other team members.

·         Ensure process is being followed; manages workflows.

·         Track each skill and its progress on an ongoing basis.

·         Ensure deadlines are met and revision schedule is on track.

·         Work with authors, peer reviewers, editors, and editorial staff.

o   Ensure that experts have access to resources or other tools.

o   Request payments for SMEs, Peer Reviewers, and external Collection Leads.

·         Manage data in Quick base to ensure Director can create reports.

·         Collaborate to create new collections.

o   Create tracking spreadsheets and documents

o   Recruit and onboard experts

·         Communicate effectively to other team members and management

 



Qualifications:

·         College degree

·         3 to 5 years work or relevant experience

·         Attention to detail and accuracy

·         Ability to be flexible; ability to multi-task effectively

·         Ability to work independently

·         Strong Microsoft offices skills; Quick base skills a plus
