Basic Job Function

  • Application Analysis/Development, Documentation, Testing, Implementation and Operations Support for strategic products and services.

Accountabilities

  • Application Analysis 20%
    • Gather, define and document business and functional requirements, working with business and technology unit leads to translate from concept to specific, testable system requirements Analyze business processes to create business requirements
    • Lead functional requirements development with Technology including application prototyping
    • Be primary point of contact for business with Technology teams
    • Provide input and direction in development/implementation of product line
    • Perform project scheduling, management and reporting 
  •  Documentation 10%
    • Responsible for documentation of necessary application documents, including training manuals, end-user aides, requirements, process flows and Operational manuals 
  • Testing 10%
    • Plan, coordinate and execute detailed testing for each application
    • Prepare reporting of developed application quality and release status with issues documented
    • Directly responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of QA procedures and reporting on the performance of the application and ensuring that all customer requirements are met 
  • Operations Support 20%
    • Establish Operations support for new products 
    • Facilitate ongoing Operations support including customer setup and request processing 
    • Create support plans and provide technical assistance to Customer Support
    • Integrate new workflow requirements into existing Operations centers
    • Provide liaison support between field operations and Customer Accounting and Customer Credentialing 
    • Perform customer level system set-up in relation to implementation of new accounts. 
    • Coordinate with marketing and legal in relation to system releases and branding of system 
  • Sales Support 20%
    • Provide customer level support to sales teams to help facilitate demonstrations of products & systems. 
    • Provide sales support in helping formulate solutions and packages to meet customer needs. 
    • Provide first level contact point for pricing inquiries and set up to sales in relation to our products 
    • Coordinate with sales in the process of on-boarding new accounts relative to customer credentialing, documentation, pricing set up, etc
    • Provide necessary training to sellers of Business Assurance products and systems. 
  • Implementation 20%
    • Coordinate and perform systems training and associated support for products
    • Meet with user base to gather new requirements, transfer detailed product knowledge to customers and maintain positive relationship
  • Qualifications
    • 3 -5 years experience as business or implementation analyst
    • 3 -5 years experience on technology development projects. Prefer 5-7 years experience
    • Fluency in Spanish & English (oral and written) is preferred Domestic and International travel may be required. 
    • Ability to effectively prioritize their workload and handle challenging situations
    • Ability to multi-task in constantly changing work environment while displaying calm demeanor
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills: proven team member that is also self-directed -Must be detail oriented and have ability to follow-through on all projects
    • Strong organization and prioritization skills-highly detailed
    • Ability to develop and improve business processes
    • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of internal management and external customers
