What’s it like to work here?

Outstanding, what sets us apart from the crowd is our culture. We’re a company who understands the importance of looking after our staff – these days, particularly in and around London, there are far too many companies who expect their employees to deliver ‘whatever the cost’ and so often we meet candidates who are tired of long hours and continual high stress for precious little thanks or recognition.

We’re a fast paced but supportive company where the emphasis is firmly on personal and career development balanced with flexible working hours. Our people are our greatest assets, they are passionate, driven and friendly. In fact, it is our people and culture which makes people stay...and we know this because we asked them.

And what about your career?

Career development is a big thing for us and we take our personal development process very seriously. A custom training plan will be created for you involving internal and external training to ensure that you continue to grow.

One of the benefits of working within the RBI Group there will be future opportunities to work for our many companies, in the UK or abroad.

Other benefits…

In addition to all of this, we offer the following 'core' benefits:

o   Pension Scheme

o   25 Days Holiday

o   Paid Charity Days – 2 days per year

o   Life Insurance (4x salary)

o   Save As You Earn Share Scheme (SAYE)

o   Competitive Salaries
