MLex is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to serve as the team lead and subject matter expert on the team for SEO, PPC and marketing automation. The Digital Marketing manager will report to the Global Marketing Director and be responsible for developing the brand’s global web, PPC and SEO strategies, as well as lead our Pardot/Salesforce integration and phase 2 implementation. This role will partner with and manage external agencies who will assist in SEO strategy and PPC campaign management. Strong experience in digital marketing, specifically SEO, PPC, marketing automation and results tracking is expected. This is a hands-on position which will require an individual with a blend of strategic thinking, project management skills, creativity and successful track record of implementing and measuring marketing results.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop web site strategy, including overseeing maintenance and development to optimize the site for lead generation.  This will include making recommendations for better website performance and regular reporting on key site metrics.
  • Develop organic search strategy for each of the key regions (US, EMEA, APAC). This will include keyword research, technical audits, link building and content development. Provide recommendations and implement technical, on-page and social SEO tactics to improve rankings.
  • Develop paid search strategy, alongside the agency of record, with responsibility for meeting paid campaign lead, deal and revenue goals and YOY growth. Includes setting budget and forecast for paid campaigns and day-to-day management of the agency.
  • Team lead for Pardot and Salesforce marketing tools. As the team lead, serve as the subject matter expert for Pardot email campaign development and Salesforce campaign development / results tracking. Assist the team in utilizing advanced Pardot features such as engagement studio for sophisticated lead nurturing and A/B testing. Assist the team in ensuring all marketing tactics are able to be tracked and that required metrics are available for regular reporting.
  • Serve as team subject matter expert in web/SEO, providing best practices for the rest of the team to follow in support of organic search strategy. Example – best practices for the team to follow in social media posts, media partnerships and other online/offline tactics.
  • Monitor, analyze and provide regular tracking and reporting on digital key metrics.

 

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree ; preferably in Marketing
  • Formal SEO training; certification is a plus
  • Professional experience in SEO/SEM; demonstrating advanced knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and techniques
  • Professional experience with Pardot & Salesforce; demonstrating advanced knowledge of Pardot / Salesforce integration
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HTML and web technologies, including the following tools: Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Moz
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PPC and experience working with a paid search agency
  • Demonstrated results in improving paid and organic search metrics/results
