Marketing Program Manager

Full-time permanent position reporting to the Head of Marketing Operation

At LexisNexis UK, our Go to Market team is responsible for understanding, targeting and selling to our markets and gaining a commanding brand presence.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Marketing team within the Go to Market function at LexisNexis.

We are now seeking a driven and dynamic senior marketer with strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
Fostering collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across marketing and Go To Market, you will develop the plan to ensure solid implementation of centralised marketing programs across the customer life cycle; supporting on-boarding, retention, nurture, compliance and engagement activity. This approach will drive how we attract, retain and delight our customers which is underpinned by an excellent customer experience. 

As a Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Putting the execution plan for centralized marketing program activity.
  • The implementation of central marketing campaigns across all marketing channels to time and budget.
  • Working with key marketing stakeholders to ensure there is clear communications on goals and deliverables to enable campaign success.
  • Being the expert on campaign execution and with the technical ability of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, confidently use MA systems to build journeys, and automated work flows supporting the marketing activity. 
  • Identifying and selecting data selections that support all central marketing programs working with the customer analytics and data teams on complex data projects.
  • Developing testing plans that allow for continuous learning and improvements. 
  • Project management across all work streams, developing critical paths and schedules to meet timings and deliver on objectives 
  • Reporting of key KPI’s across and campaign performance across these programs. 
  • Making improvements and recommendations based on campaign analytics. 
  • Driving continuous improvement ensuring there are optimal processes around campaign delivery that allows us to scale and automate. 
  • Developing formalized documentation, processes and procedures, and A/B testing strategies.
  • Championing the LexisNexis brands to ensure that they are appropriately represented in all client facing comms, including websites and social media.

An ability to create marketing programs using MA technology (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and data selection, experience of retention marketing, building scaled marketing automation programs, and customer life cycle marketing will be critical for success in the role. In addition, you will need to be able to work in a commercially driven and competitive environment and also need to be highly organised and know how to navigate a matrix organisation to get things done. 

Experience working in a B2B marketing environment, ideally in a legal, publishing or software organisation marketing to corporate customers is essential. You will have a track record of leading growth through your own marketing strategies, activities and successful sales enablement.
