The Marketing Operations Analyst will be responsible for helping our marketing partners to develop fully integrated marketing projects. This individual will serve as a liaison between internal teams (marketing strategy, creative, analytics, etc.) and our internal clients to ensure that work is delivered on strategy, on time and on budget. S/he will play a major role in developing and shaping programs, managing and building “client” relationships and understanding their segments’ big picture objectives.

Accountabilities:
1. Manages capacity across cross-functional teams including working directly with other functions (Campaign Management, Creative, Web Design & Development, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, etc.) to manage timing of deliverables.
2. Works within a matrix of cross functional teams to ensure timely execution of key deliverables. 
3. Demonstrates ability to construct insightful, meaningful real-time dialogue with internal customers.
4. Builds and maintains relationships with internal customers, staff, vendors and support groups and act responsively to requests.
5. Creates organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments.
6. Acts as initial quality check on marketing being developed before being routed to internal client.
7. Monitors progress and measure effectiveness of marketing efforts. Utilize effective tracking and reporting techniques and systems to monitor progress and measure effectiveness of marketing programs.
8. Proactively resolves problems, taking responsibility of process through final resolution.
9. Captures meeting reports and distributes to team.
10. Helps manage the budgets and timelines for marketing projects.
11. Ensures documentation of best practices, case studies and lessons learned for all campaigns.
12. Meets all committed deliverables for internal and external clients.

 


Qualifications:
1. B.A. /B.S. in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
2. Some Marketing experience preferred.
3. Working proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
4. Strong problem solver with excellent organizational, and communication skills.
5. Problem Solving: Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and abilities.
6. Ideal candidate is someone who possesses ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.
7. Ability to operate under minimal supervision and guidance.
8. Sound decision-making skills based in organizational, client and industry knowledge.
9. Skilled in managing projects of varying levels of scope and complexity as well as experience managing workflow and resources.
10. Strong project management skills; organized, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
11. Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure.
12. Adept at handling multiple complex projects simultaneously under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
13. Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; should be able to talk and listen well.
