Marketing manager will develop, drive and manage marketing of the brand position, brand architecture, and customer segmentation and develop marketing strategies to drive brand equity, revenue and profitability. Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply marketing strategies to marketing tactics and drive demand generation in a timely fashion and within budget. Specifically, the Marketing Manager position is responsible for the planning, creation, authoring and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns, aimed at increasing market share and revenue. This position develops strategic marketing lead generation plans and manages the fulfillment of lead generation activities, utilizing direct mail, e-marketing and other digital marketing campaigns, as well as the construction and maintenance of lead management systems. Overseeing tradeshow coordination and participation, market research and surveys, collateral design generation, pilot project contributions and Business Development support are also required for the position of Marketing Manager.   

1. Develop specific metrics-driven marketing plans and activities for products and market segments that are designed to support and deliver the business objectives.
2. Ability to develop and apply digital/social marketing tactics to drive increased awareness, improve conversion and drive revenue.
3. Manage all product communication and collateral; including but not limited to website updates, blogs, videos, and innovating and engaging email campaigns.
4. Utilize automated marketing techniques to build market awareness, increase leads, initiate trial and increase product utilization.
5. Communicate and build cohesion among diverse groups for marketing plans. 

6. Understand broader market trends to identify customer needs, key product enhancements.
7. Coordinate with sales and international teams to translate programs and strategy into measurable pipeline and closed revenue.
8. Communicate marketing strategy to field sales; develop new sales strategies, tactics and tools.
9. Develop and execute integrated marketing tactics utilizing traditional and digital/social tactics.

1. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling language; to grasp and translate core capabilities into benefits.
2. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
3. 4+ years of product marketing experience with demonstrated success in a B2B environment.
4. Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
5. Experience in marketing, social marketing, automated email campaigns, SEO, marketing analytics.
6. Experience managing segmented markets with multiple product offerings.
7. Proven track record of developing and delivering sales tools and content that drives leads, higher win rates, and revenue through integrated programs.
8. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; highly effective presentation skills.
9. Highly skilled at critical decision-making; ability to evaluate business issues and resolve problems; ability to develop write and execute a business plan.
10. Experience conducting and analyzing market and competitive research.
11. Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution.
12. Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing. MBA preferred.

13. Understanding of regulatory and compliance environment for life sciences industry.
