To support our ambitious business growth and strategic projects, we need enthusiastic, analytical and creative problem solver to join our Marketing Operations team. The Data Specialist will support the ICIS Marketing team’s requirements on data segmentation, automated campaigns and programs, lead scoring programs, optimising data capture, CRM and database systems.
In addition, the Data Specialist will ensure we continuously improve the health and accuracy of our database as well as lead projects on data governance and compliance.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
·         Have a deep understanding of ICIS’s data landscape including volumes, quality, taxonomy, systems and integrations 
·         Have a good understanding of ICIS’s audience, market, products and business models
·         Develop data enhancement strategies including recommendations on approach and manage the project delivery by working with various relevant function
·         Work with the Marketers and ICIS partners in managing the database and ensure data use meets RELX and RBI data governance rules and regulations
·         Support in building marketing data segments for campaigns and analysis
·         Carry out health checks on the data to ensure accuracy and confidence
·         Be the point of contact for all data queries/issues for the brand
·         Work with ICIS marketing teams to develop and roll out a consistent/single taxonomy across all touch points and geographies
·         Ensure all data flowing into front end programs/campaigns is accurate
·         Work with brand and cross functional teams on any systems migration or integrations to ensure all data is structured and migrated in the appropriate way
·         Manage all end to end systems, process and programme testing
·         Ongoing monitoring of data flows through marketing programs to ensure any technical issues are highlighted immediately
·         Champion the use of marketing automation technologies to support the wider business
·         Develop roadmaps detailing key deliverables and milestones
·         Provide regular reports to the brand team to update on data strategy and tactical progress
·         Experience in an equivalent role interrogating and interpreting databases
·         Attention to details – precise with data and can recognise potential inaccuracy
·         Ability to work collaboratively across teams and in a matrix environment
·         A range of technical skills such as SQL, Excel
·         Ability to champion quality of data at all levels, from gathering to reporting
·         Ability to translate and communicate complex data-related issues to the varying levels of stakeholder audience
·         Knowledge and understanding of marketing database structure
·         Knowledge and understanding of data manipulation across different systems
·         Good to have: Knowledge/experience on Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, Tableau, Salesforce, Alteryx
·         Focused – ability to keep going in the face of adversity
·         Adaptable and can quickly change course when required
·         Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, matrix organisation

Qualifications and Experiences
·         Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in IT, business, marketing or related field
·         Demonstrable experience in Marketing Data
