We are seeking a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney based team working for one of our major retail trade events. Working in a dynamic exhibition show team as the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing the various elements of the marketing strategy, and ensuring the delivery of key business outcomes.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager for the Mining/Waste portfolio, you will be instrumental in delivering purposeful campaigns designed to increase participation and attendance numbers at our market leading events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email and print marketing (preparing, testing & sending emails, obtaining print quotes & making bookings)
  • Social media (loading posts, monitoring activity)
  • Budgeting (invoices, updating budget trackers)
  • Digital marketing (updating website content)
  • Database management (lists, data cleansing, segmentation)

About You

You will hold a tertiary qualification and have a keen interest in
staying ahead of the latest technologies and channels, especially social
media/digital marketing. In addition, excellent written & verbal
communication skills, innovative thinking and the ability to work on multiple
tasks to strict deadlines and budgets is required. You will have a minimum of 2
years marketing experience.
