Required Skills and Experience:

·         Applied knowledge and expertise in best practices in user training and product adoption, specifically driving adoption and usage of technology and information-based products into organizations and the use of multiple training formats and media.

·         Proven experience leading, managing and motivating a team of highly skilled individuals in a customer-focused environment.

·         Ability to use business metrics and analytics to gain insight into employee and user activities and to drive continuous improvement within a team.

·         Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining client relationships, including experience in handling difficult accounts, turning critics into advocates.

·         Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a complex organization.


Preferred Skills and Experience:


·         Legal industry knowledge and/or online solutions industry experience preferred.
