Preferred experience and technology requirements:


Must haves: 

  • Strong communications skills. The successful person will develop an immediate and credible presence with colleagues/stakeholders
  • Recent experience as a Senior Software Engineer or similar being at least 50% hands-on developing web service applications in an Agile environment
  • Strong hands-on Full Stack application development & SaaS development experience (7+ years) to include experience across languages and projects, preferably in JavaScript, using NodeJS & React
  • Experience of successful end to end project/product delivery, from planning to development to deployment, of commercially impactful products
  • Demonstrable experience of production products, SDLC, REST (and other API) development architecture.  

Nice to haves: 

  • Familiarity with machine learning/Big Data applications and technologies
  • Involvement in the developer community and/or contributor to the Open source community is a plus.
