Job Summary:

The Event Planning Analyst for Reed Exhibitions (RX) Manila will have ownership of monitoring all 500+ Reed Exhibitions events worldwide. Having the breadth and depth of knowledge of all RX events, the analyst will be key in developing and maintaining a Reed Exhibitions event portfolio as well as in projecting delivery dates for each cycle requirement in relation to post-show reports, ensuring timely start and completion of all projects. He/she will also work closely with all regional POCs/stakeholders as well as the local leadership team for Reed Exhibitions Manila – SMO division for any non-post-show or special projects.

The work consists of the following:

·         Event Monitoring & Subject Matter Expert

Obtain deep knowledge and familiarity on all Reed Exhibitions events worldwide, particularly for those already being supported by RX Manila

Identify and communicate key delivery dates for each post-show-related requirement/task to related teams based on the event schedule including but not limited to QRE programming, list formatting, survey deployment, phone push and report delivery

Monthly updating of all scheduled shows and events

Regular checking of all or any new launch shows and events

Develop and regularly maintain an event portfolio for all RX shows

Train RX colleagues of the RX shows based on developed portfolio

·         Workload Management & Reporting

Monitor/ receive all requests received via the CIA shared mailbox

Workload coordination with the supervisors and the CIAs

Develop dashboards to show real-time project list with corresponding status

Coordinate and monitor status of projects and ensure timely completion of projects

Auditing of workload tracker to ensure proper completion

Sending of operations related reports (issues, achievements) on a weekly and monthly basis to the local RX leadership team

Liaise with regional POCs and local RX leaders on any non-post-show or special projects

Other operational tasks as assigned

Accountabilities:


·         Monitor/ receive all requests received via the CIA shared mailbox


·         Develop and maintain a calendar and portfolio of all Reed Exhibitions events/shows/conferences


·         Identify key delivery dates for tasks in relation to post-show reports     

          Generate show timetables for each project and share with corresponding CIA teams and stakeholders

          Regularly liaise with POCs and stakeholders on any updates on scheduled events/shows/conferences as well as obtain any new/launch events/shows/conferences

          Work with CIA teams and supervisors in ensuring key delivery dates are observed/followed

·         Create dashboards to more efficiently monitor status of all projects

·         Regular submission of reports to leaders and stakeholders

           Ability to pass on event knowledge to team members (event training)

Technical Competencies: 

1.       Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Tools

2.       Experience with project management and data visualization tools

3.       Experience with survey and research processes and tools

4.       Experience with email and phone campaign processes and tools

     Exposure to other marketing and digital marketing processes and tools

Qualifications:

·         4 – year college degree holder in Marketing/Business Management/Finance or other related degrees

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Market Research, Consumer Insights, Research, Events and / or strategic marketing consulting / agency. 

·         An understanding of events, advertising and marketing strategy and a commitment to strategic analysis, developing key insights, and providing recommendations to teams on performance, strategy, plans, positioning and business decisions

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Strong project and time management experience. 

·         Strong operational and organizational background when dealing with large data and/or heavy volume of workload to manage

·         Strong commitment to performance and team success

·         Ability to work across various industries. B2B experience is a plus.

     Expert ability to analyze & synthesize large volumes of information into key insights and recommendations that will improve business results.  
     Must be in current role for the last 12 months
     Must not have any behavioral, performance or attendance issues for the last 12 months
     Must not have any Disciplinary action for the last 12 months
