The role

The events executive role will work as part of a successful team event’s organiser. You and the team will be responsible for managing the operational aspects across our global portfolio of conferences and training courses. You’ll work closely with other departments and be accountable for managing costs and overseeing the event budgets. You’ll do this by building strong relationships with your suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be organised, have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and able to manage multiple projects. While the role is focused on the ICIS portfolio of events it sits in the wider event operations department which services other businesses within the RBI group. As such, on occasion, you may be required to work on events from other division.

You’ll be used to working in a collaborative but fast paced environment, and have a track record of delivering B2B events. You will be given the tools and autonomy to do your job, and we will help support you to develop your knowledge of the markets we serve, and our fantastic events.
