Accountabilities:
Lead team of VSCs (Solution Consultants) with professional services revenue responsibilities across multiple business units to achieve revenue objectives in line with growing our product lines.  This role will manage a dedicated fraud and identity solution line.
Support sales as the subject matter expert as a credible consultant and representative of the organization.  
Responsibility to help overcome objections during the sales process and architect ideal solutions from our products to meet customer defined objectives.
Be able to understand customer problems and using detailed knowledge of our data assets and products, be able to craft solutions to solve defined use cases
Coordinate and liaison between the sales team and the product organization to ensure sales needs are being delivered and serve as a market facing perspective to product requirements.
Conduct sales training for SAE and NAM functions to ensure an effective knowledge base exists.
Support material and content for RFP and proposal generation.
Coordinates client needs and available content with marketing and sales and determines strategic direction company should be taking to win business.
Provide guidance and influence to Market Planning areas in solutions regarding market acceptance, product performance & Go To Market messaging.
Keeps Senior Executive Management fully and continuously apprised of Sales engagements at top clients.
Interacts with senior client policy and operations representatives at largest opportunities and clearly articulates LexisNexis capabilities.
Informs business strategy with operational, distribution, and client perspectives related to assigned solutions.
Consult as an SME on new product offerings. Consult in defining product specifications and pricing. Influence the development, delivery & requirements of new product offerings across assigned solutions

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Minimum 10 years experience/related industry. 
Minimum 5 years demonstrated leadership experience
Advanced knowledge of assigned industry as it relates to focused solution areas.
Clinical knowledge and experience to understand the population health and patient risk space
Must understand the regulatory environment, internal policies and procedures of prospective clients, and have a keen understanding of the markets within which LN RISK Solutions operates
Must have the ability to understand the customer’s business well enough to be able to articulate how the LN solutions will fit into the customer’s business process flows and how it can benefit their business. 
Similarly, they must also have technical expertise sufficient enough to be able to articulate how the LN solution would be implemented, integrated and installed the desired level of expertise will come from either having been a user of the LN solution in the business and market which it serves, or having implemented the solution. 
Must possess strong consultative skills in order to ensure that they understand the customer's “current state” and can assess the best solution to facilitate a transition to the optimal “desired state”
Must possess strong communication / presentation skills such that they can clearly articulate their message about the LN solution to their customers or prospects
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Experience managing junior team members
Exceptional client and team interaction skills
Fluency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skill
Must maintain a focus on driving revenue with the sales force and must understand that their activity is a necessity to enhance the successful achievement of revenue targets associated with the solutions on which they are focused
Must have strong problem solving skills so as to be able to move the sales process from one stage to the next and ultimately to closure.  When a problem arises, the consultant must be prepared to clarify the problem and either individually or with cross-functional collaboration, define the solution or steps required to overcome the obstacle or objection
Must be detail oriented
