We are looking for a Sales Director - M / F

Permanent & Full Time

 
 

Throughout the year, the key players in the Real Estate industry (Investors, Public Authorities, Project Developers, Architects, Service Providers, Actors active in retail ...) meet during our professional events: MIPIM's, MipimProptech's, Mapic's.

 

At these international events, the industry meets to present contents, conclude deal, attend conferences, meet and exchange with the actors shaping the world industry of the "Real Estate".

 

In order to continue to develop the growth of our brands in the European territories, we are looking for a Sales Director.

 

Under the responsibility of the Commercial Director of the Real Estate Division, you will in charge of the commercial activity that is necessary to achieving goals in your area.

 

You will decline the commercial strategy in action plan and animate a team of key account manager.

 

This includes: 

  • Translate the commercial policy into an action plans
  • Contribute to the commercial strategy and apply it to your sector / territory
  • Manage your own portfolio
  • Manage team activity and performance (in particular by setting SMART objectives)
  • Ensure regular reporting
  • Analyze the potential of your territories
  • Analyze evolution in market, clients and competitors...
  • Represent the company at various events
  • Communicate and explain values ​​and overall strategy
  • Coordination with cross-disciplinary services

This job may be for you if...
 
You have:
  • Followed a higher education (Business School) with a focus on international trade or equivalent;
  • A proven expertise in selling value-added products or services in an international context.
  • A good mastery of the commercial techniques: prospection and methods of negotiation, concretization, animation of network, lobbying, setting up of a commercial strategy
  • An excellent level of English and French
  • Strong business skills
 
You are:
  • Able to motivate a team, with a strong culture of result and a spirit of conquest,
  • Reliable, autonomous, with strong abilities to adapt
  • Willing to bring new ideas and solutions
