Digital Marketing Executive

Our expert investigative journalists and analysts based in London, Brussels, New York, Washington D.C., San Francisco, Hong Kong, Beijing, Seoul, Tokyo and Sao Paulo track material changes to laws that affect business, commerce and trade. 

We provide market defining intelligence and analysis to finance, investment and legal professionals, and to the executives who define their corporations’ key regulatory risk management strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager and team with web site content development and overall site maintenance. 

  • Ensures the site is up-to-date and posts content on the website to drive web traffic and leads. Also assist in reporting of web metrics.

  • Assist with Pardot email campaign deployment and landing page creation. Serve as a back-up to develop campaigns/landing pages and reviewer prior to deployment. Able to pull Pardot reports and provide assistance to team as needed.

  • Serve as Content Liason, sharing relevant content with Sales, Marketing and the PR agency on a weekly basis. Using relevant stories from Editorial, share weekly picks with teams to support lead generation and press opportunities.

  • Provide social media support across regions and with Sales. Actively engage with influencers on social, maintain MLex corporate accounts, provide recommendations for social engagement to Sales and track/report on social media results.

  • Provide ad/hoc support to the team as needed, including basic design tasks, event support or other relevant tasks.


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree ; preferably in Marketing

  • Preferable skill set: (experience or strong desire and capability to self-learn)

  • Basic-level experience in SEO; demonstrating basic knowledge of techniques and terms

  • Basic-level experience with marketing automation system & CRM (preferably Pardot and Salesforce) for email deployment and landing page design

  • HTML coding

  • Website management,  including Google Analytics and web CMS  (Squiz a plus)

  • Professional experience with social media for B2B on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube

  • InDesign or other design software equivalent
