Job Summary:


Among the digital marketing team, and under the responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Production Coordinator will endorse the following responsibilities:

 

1. Email

-       Build and update emails based on existing templates and according to the brief received through JIRA

-       Test of the HTML through Litmus and correct any potential code issues & deliverability:

o   HTML shall have the correct look and feel, correct spellings, links, etc, based on first HTML validation

o   HTML shall at least be read on Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Outlook

o   HTML shall at least be read on all formats: mobile, tablet and desktop

-       Send the email accordingly to the emailing plan timeline

-       Update Hard & Soft Bounce by email

-       Update Unsubscribers and dedicated requests

 

ESP used: Exact Target, Eloqua, Easy Desk


2. Website

-       Update websites’ pages according to the brief received through JIRA (new CMS blocks existing in the library to be added, existing blocks to be updated through new images, text, links, pdfs etc.)

-       Build  new webpages to support business’ goals according to the mock up received through JIRA

 

CMS used: Atlas, Exact Target


3. Dashboards and reportings

-       Set up screen shots within crazy egg platform  to measure customers’ behaviour on our websites and provide reporting when required

-       Provide email complete reporting & ad-hoc analysis based on Eloqua and/or Exact Target statistics when required (template will be provided)  


Accountabilities:

The Digital production coordinator will be responsible for the good execution, integration, testing of emailing campaigns, in respect with planning of all Reed MIDEM show campaigns. He will also be responsible for the websites’ regular updates as well as the production of the reporting for both email and website channels.

The Digital production coordinator will demonstrate a high level of flexibility, rigor and understanding of campaigns’ needs.

The Digital production coordinator shall have good basis in HTML, speak fluent English, and will demonstrate dynamism, proactivity and team spirit.


Qualifications:
1.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3.  Excellent organizational skills
4.  Ability to manage one's time
5.  Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
6.  Ability to manage demands on multiple project simultaneously
7.  Experience at working independently and within a team collaboration environment
8.  Ability to learn new transaction processes quickly
9.  Ability to provide information to customers in a clear, concise, courteous, polite and professional manner
10. Strong attention to detail is required
11. Excel proficient
12. HTML proficient
13. Previous usage of CMS is a plus
14. Previous usage of ESP platforms is a plus
15. Competences in web design and integration, with a strong marketing and communication sensibility
