  • A bachelor’s degree in statistics, math, computer science, or a similar field of study, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven understanding of website and social media metrics, along with related statistical concepts
  • Strong experience with A/B and multivariate testing processes and tools (e.g., Optimizely) with a distinct focus on site and social media optimization
  • Strong experience with web analytics processes and tools (especially Google Analytics)
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to understand and interpret usage and test data, solve data problems, and distill data into actionable and insightful recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to share complex data and results with a diverse group of stakeholders in a concise way that allows for fast and nimble design, development, and timing decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team to build and implement tests, investigate usage data, and develop accurate conclusions from appropriate data results
  • Intellectual and analytical curiosity, including the initiative to dig proactively into the “why” of various results or data anomalies without losing sight of the ultimate objective
  • Flexible and responsive, able to prioritize multiple projects, can reprioritize as needed, and works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
