Job Purpose: You will be responsible for managing the data function for RXUK, developing and embedding a data first approach within the business. I work with the in-house technology teams to develop and manage a data governance program and to assist with data segmentation and development strategies

To manage aspects of data across RXUK. 

Reviewing and updating the systems incorporating the latest developments and technologies used. 

Developing and maintaining a data governance program. 

Assisting the Analytics team to develop their offering and the data analytics and science function within RXUK. 

Working with the business and Head of Data , Analytics and Technology to help embed a ‘data-first’ approach.


Setting up and managing data governance, QA, security, enhancement and cleansing programs. Identifying data issues (within UKDW and GBS), raising tickets and working with the relevant teams (GBS or local) to find solutions to fix them

Analysing the current data set business wide and at an individual show level and advising on data strategiesincluding build, list sourcing, develop and cleanse

Maintaining the integrity of the UK Datawarehouse and identifying new data sources to integrate assisting in the design, implementation and testing of the integration.

Manage and optimise the data collection process, including GDPR compliance and the data aspects of the matchmaking program

Assist insights and the business in their development reports and visualisations.

Manage the data team guiding them on segmentation strategies, data improvements and developments. Managing the data segmentation and ad hoc analysis for campaigns

Strong stakeholder management and team management skills. 

Strong technological foundation including:

o Data Warehousing & Kimball Methodologies

o Microsoft BI Technologies SQL Server

o T-SQL writing, esp. SQLs and Stored Procedures

o Building and reviewing SSIS Packages

o SSMS, SSIS, & SSDT Tools

o Net/Visual C# Programming

o SSAS & SSRS Tools

o Restful/SOA based Web Services

o Desired Technical Skills

o Tableau Server


o Oracle BI Technologies
