Job Summary


A Data Quality Analyst is responsible in providing updates to the contacts and accounts in Data Override Tool, the Research and Global Operations Database. He/she ensures the accuracy of the data being verified and/or updated using the prescribed sources in the internet. The number of records to be fulfilled must be met according to the set target by the Business Unit.





1.       Data Accuracy – using the approved internet sites, the Data Quality Analyst verifies and/or updates contact/account information in Data Override Tool. Information gathered and entered into the database must be correct and should meet the Quality Standard. An audit procedure is conducted regularly with a passing rate of 90.00%.


2.       Completeness and Timeliness – this is measured through productivity. Productivity target is at least 28 records per hour. The number and type of record to work on may vary according to business needs.


3.       Attendance – the Data Analyst is also being rated on his absenteeism and tardiness stipulated in his/her Performance Scorecard.


4.       RESSPI Discipline Policy Adherence – refer to RESSPI Discipline Policy which applies to all employees
