Client Relationship Manager: WinDeed


The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) serves as the primary business contact for any and all matters specific to the WinDeed clients who has been assigned to the CRM. Consistently provide excellent customer service to the WinDeed clients in line with the company’s ethical and business principals.  Represent and communicate client’s system requests and/or product enhancements within the organization. In addition, the CRM should develop, build and maintain solid, trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders to encourage new and repeat business opportunities within the various industries he/she functions in.

 

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual targets as set out by Management ( new sales and growth of current clients)
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts (clients)
  • Attending to client visit as per the WinDeed Retention Schedule
  • Building, maintaining and expanding client relationships with clients and key personnel within the client account
  • Conducting client business reviews to ensure users within clients’ accounts are maximizing their WinDeed usage
  • Identifying new growth opportunities at clients
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set out by Management
  • Identifying possible threats to the WD business at client and working on neutralizing identified threats to the business
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client requests and expectations are fulfilled timeous and effectively
  • Communicate, escalate and resolve any concerns as raised by clients
  • Research and draw reports/information on client profile as preparation for client retention visits
  • Record all client interaction in CRMS
  • Record client’s Long and Latitude coordinates in Locust for reporting and zoning purposes
  • Dealing with all aspects and activities of a campaign
  • Introducing and growing WinDeed usage at new clients
  • Delivery of overall growth in client portfolio
  • Sell new Product offerings and/or enhancements within the respective client base
  • Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
  • Assist Finance Department with payment and collection of outstanding accounts
  • Assist Administrative Department with Client WinDeed registration
  • Communicates and represents the client's interests to the team
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicating all offerings to the client
  • Reports to the Sales Manager, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
  • Client onsite training
  • General low key product support
  • Attending networking, marketing events and seminars

 

Qualifications

  • Computer literate with knowledge of MS office suite of applications
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Matric
  • Proven Account Management or other relevant experience
  • Relative education and degree/Diploma -advantageous
  • Sales experience
  • Good understanding of the Legal, Accounting and  Property Industry as well as the Conveyancing Process in South African
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
