Qualifications, Skills and Experience:


• 5+ years of recent experience practicing mergers and acquisitions law.

•Significant experience drafting and negotiating merger agreements, purchase agreements, stockholders’ agreements, LLC agreements and other documentation in connection with M&A transactions and related corporate matters.

•Deep knowledge of M&A trends and workflow.

•Strong professional network of M&A attorneys.

• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills; strong practical writer; experience drafting client alerts and/or composing and delivering CLE presentations a plus.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

 • Experience leading associate training programs a plus.

• Active bar membership in good standing.
