Graduate with preferably a degree in office management
Experience in project management and an ability to work on tight deadlines
Developed computer skills in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Power point, Adobe Acrobat
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience. Exposure to working in a publishing house is desirable.

Desired Knowledge

Ability to communicate/negotiate with internal and external customers
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Developed computer skills including Word and Excel etc.
Knowledge of legal landscape would be immensely useful


Ability and willingness to adhere to agreed schedules.
Excellent written and oral communication skills; employed in routine contact with author, editors and freelancers, to ensure that communications convey necessary information professionally, clearly and concisely.
Ability to be discrete with information shared by manager.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of designated tasks.
Team player
Analytical skills.
