Associate Operations Specialist

The Commercial Readiness Specialist will execute go-to-market planning and delivery of high-value products reporting to the Director of Customer Success. The Specialist must possess a strong technical background and ability to manage multiple highly complex projects with cooperation across various functional area stakeholders. The role assumes responsibility for delivery of assigned projects within acceptable timeframes and adherence to high-quality standards. Additionally, the individual should be able to function in and drive an environment of rapid decision making in areas such as risk/revenue/impact that impact project success.

The Specialist will support improvement in business and project management processes. This individual must be able to communicate confidently, facilitate meetings, convert ideas into efficient workflows and processes, and effect organizational change to ensure adoption of new processes and tools. Success in the role will require building strong, effective working relationships across Clinical Solutions and managing large stakeholder groups with highly structured governance.

The succesful candidate will:
  • Independently manage multiple complex projects with high attention to detail

  • Ensure a holistic view by coordinating with and monitoring all impacted business processes across development, sales/marketing, product, implementation, and support, etc... 

  • Manage project delivery within predefined delivery goals, balancing time to market, quality, and resource availability

  • Host cross-functional forums to identify/publish best practices and incorporate improvements as identified

  • Interface with Product and Support Teams to identify and respond to customer issues and training requirements

  • Provide recommendations for process and activities improvement

  • Manage improvements and execute effectively in collaboration with functional groups

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders/customers across divisions (may include external customers) to maximize program effectiveness and influence.


Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (i.e. Business, Marketing, IT, Communications)


Required Experience

  • 3+ years Product Life cycle and/or Project Management experience with demonstrated go-to-market experience providing change management and/or organizational transformation
  • Proven ability to strategically manage large projects and collaborate effectively with internal and customer stake-holders
  • Demonstrable professional experience in managing technical projects, preferably software projects.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good understanding of contemporary project delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence

Desirable Additional Experience

  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Excellent formal training experience
  • Experience using software tools for bug tracking, documentation, project management, etc.
  • Experience in the digital economy and data driven decision making
