Our Sales team is responsible for driving digital culture. From demonstrating new solutions on an iPad during client meetings to be a part of a team that truly gets collaboration, you will belong to a group of multi-taskers who are focussed, get recognised, rewarded and celebrated for their efforts. Most importantly, you will use your passion for sales and new technology to support the Rule of Law.

As one of our Sydney-based Business Development Managers, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition. This is a target driven role which will require strong prospecting and closing capabilities, and the ability to work with a diverse range of C-level stakeholders. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with prospects in person and over the phone, generating new business revenue in-line with assigned sales targets.

To be successful in this role you will need: 

  • 5 years’ experience working successfully in a challenging and commercially driven B2B sales environment
  • Demonstrated experience of building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Drive to manage your own territory to develop your customer base
  • High level presentation skills
  • Solution selling or software selling skills would be an advantage
