Responsibilities:
  • Effectively identify and develop sales opportunities to develop a sales pipeline using prescribed sales methodology 
  • Achievements of monthly new billings target and ensuring a pipeline is maintained at a level to achieve the monthly billings target.
  • Focus on corporate markets and meet on regular basis with customers to generate new business.
  • Collaboration with Marketing, Relationship Managers and Practice Management teams in lead generation and opportunity identification and new acquisitions.
  • Ongoing relationship development during the new business acquisition process and ensuring a smooth handover after the acquisition to the Relationship Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree qualified (degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in Sales within a prominent organization where structured sales and consultative selling approaches are used.
  • Some understanding of legal market and system would be ideal but not necessary
  • Ability to draft clear, concise correspondence, proposals and tender documents to describe business requirements and propose solutions
  • Demonstrated proven performance against sales objectives and targets
  • High level of presentation skills (essential)
  • Highly developed computer skills including Word, Excel, CRM Database etc.
