Account Manager - Renewal

  1. The account manager needs to act as first point of contact between customers and LN. The incumbent needs to build and manage all existing client relationships in the territory / segment assigned to him /her. Liaising with other departments within LN according to the customer requirements.  


  1. S/he needs to understand the customer needs / challenges with regard to LN product and assist the customer by resolving their concerns.


  1. Ensure healthy product usage: The AM will be required to explore product training requirements to ensure the product is used in a proper manner . S/he will conduct regular user interactions and involve customer engagement team as and when required.


  1. Ensure Payment is received on time.


  1. Core job is to retain the existing customer / revenue base assigned , and grow it in a sustainable manner .Collect information, and ensure that company offerings meet the individual needs of clients, and thereby create a opportunity to upsell / cross-sell / renew the customer.


  1. Account managers are responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements and increase customer satisfaction / LN revenue with customer.


  1. Forecasts and tracks client account metrics


  1. Service multiple clients concurrently, meeting deadlines


  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in SAAS / content subscription business ( on farming side)
  • Strong interpersonal skills : A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good negotiation skills
  • An excellent understanding of client care
  • The ability to work effectively to deadlines
  • Excellent planning abilities
  • Good organizational skills to keep records of client transactions
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good attention to detail
