Account Manager – Field Sales - Accuity

Relationship:                     Reports to LATAM Business and Strategy Manager, Accuity                          


Job Summary:                   Responsible for selling all Accuity solution products and services to Financial Services and Corporate Organizations named accounts defined in Latam, mainly Brazil territory, in order to achieve desired sales revenue goals.  Responsible for territory development to increase sales opportunities and market exposure for Accuity.



·         Achieve/exceed sales revenue targets for named accounts and assigned market/territory to maximize both short and long-term opportunities

·         Develop key relationships in banking, insurance and corporates

·         Identify new business opportunities to generate sales, by evaluating potential customer’s position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options

·         Cultivate and prospect by making a required number of outbound prospecting calls

·         Manage key accounts and/or key contracts to retain and grow the business

·         Manage order process from end user, from sales qualification stage to closure and collection

·         Develop account plans for key named accounts that includes creating and maintaining information, such as but not limited to, 1) Organization structure, 2) Key contacts with functions, 3) How and where Accuity products are used, 4) Overall transactional and account volumes, 5) Business objectives, strategies and issue, 6) Areas of sales opportunity, 7) Plan for driving sales and relationship, and 8) account and calling notes

·         Facilitate communication between Accuity client support, or product management and the client when needed

·         Collect and forward industry and competitive information to marketing

·         Represent Accuity at conferences and trade shows

·         Maintain a strong knowledge of Accuity products

·         Effectively prepare and perform client presentations and product demonstrations

·         Strong pipeline management skills using Accuity’s pipeline business system

·         Timely and accurate submission of mandatory paperwork/reports, such as pipeline reporting and travel expenses

Required skills:



·         Bachelor Degree (Business Management, Economics and similar)

·         Solid and demonstrable relationship selling skills

·         Strong customer account management focus

·         Experience within bank technology

·         Understanding in compliance and global payments processing within SAP highly desired

·         Relationship network in the financial market



·         Up to 3 years multi-national field sales experience

·         Full fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus 

·         Proficient in Office 365 software and Sales Force

·         Sales Planning and Sales lifecycle



·         Motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

·         Team player

·         Cultural awareness

·         Self-manageable

·         Assertive, influential and highly motivated

·         Previous International Exchange experience is a plus


Job Conditions:

·         The job is located in São Paulo, Avenida Paulista

·         It is full time position

·         Travel required (up to 20%)
