As the Account Executive your key roles and responsibilities will include:

• Warm calling of all leads within the prescribe time line

• Cold calling Self prospected leads within your territory

• Develop and implement sales and marketing plan on a quarterly basis

• Develop key contacts and business relationships

• Assess customer needs and maintain corresponding intelligence

• Negotiate pricing and contracts to close the sale

• Meet and exceed Sales targets

• Analyze market research to evaluate ongoing product/market requirements and drive new business

• Acquire knowledge of internal and competitive offerings for all products, pricing and solutions

• Keep abreast of new developments in the field through participation in professional development and educational programs

• Generate and deliver custom presentations and solution demonstrations, based on company standards, to customers and partner contacts


Basic Qualifications:

• 4 or more years' proven sales experience in a similar selling environment – (preferably technology, content, or legal vertical)

• B.Sc. or B.A. in business or equivalent combination of experience and education

• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales quota

• Strong business judgment and analytical abilities especially with respect to target forecasting

• Ability to quickly adapt to and understand the business model and common challenges within the legal industry segment
