Senior Strategy Analyst will provide data driven, actionable insights to allow for optimization of NHE's management decision making, our corporate and sales strategy as well our pricing and business model strategies. The Senior Strategy Analyst will:

  • Develop and implement easy-to-use, but advanced analytical tools and sophisticated models using Excel and other tools
  • Analyze, organize and parse through existing data and derive key insights from provided data 
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and executives
  • Lead our data gathering efforts: identify available external data sources, run surveys, ensure consistent customer data is gathered via our sales force, combine with our internal data sources
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and problem solving abilities
  • Act as a spider in the web amongst other data analysts, to ensure consistent data capture throughout the organization, to spot cross fertilization opportunities, and to enable knowledge sharing
  • Drive implementation and monitor progress of (sub)projects and deliverables; manage stakeholders



  • Combining highly structured conceptual thinking, deep analytics skills including modelling experience, an appetite for detail, and the ability to consider and integrate multiple problems at once; deep knowledge of MS Excel, Tableau/Domo
  • Some knowledge of SQL, Access DB, Sharepoint, Salesforce; ability to put together web forms and develop light web apps
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include economics, science, engineering
  • Experience in reporting and analyzing data at the highest quality level, having demonstrated the ability to solve issues with incomplete, uncertain or inaccurate data, leading to reliable insights and recommendations ? Strong PPT skills and ability to develop executive level presentations
  • Strong business sense, with a genuine interest in the education industry
  • Effective and persuasive communicator (verbal and written) with an ability to clearly summarize data, context and implications
  • Strong influencer, relationship builder and stakeholder manager
  • 2 plus years experience at a top tier consulting firm or similar (e.g. internal corporate teams or investment banking teams REQUIRED
