The Researcher Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing of Elsevier's portfolio of solutions for researchers. This role will work closely with the Researcher product team to support the development of value propositions, messaging, Go to market and engagement strategy. The successful candidate will champion researchers and researcher use-case based marketing across Elsevier and will understand what it takes to help them increase their performance. This role also includes developing sales enablement, competitive intelligence and customer insights to drive an optimised sales and marketing approach based on deep user and industry insights. This role requires a strong marketer with proven collaboration skills to manage multiple work streams and priorities. 
Exceptionally strong customer focus 
Applied market and business analysis skills
Sales methodology
Experience of bringing products to market
Target-setting and aligning with business priorities and KPIs
Managing internal and external influencer and stake-holder relations and presenting results across multiple audience.
Able to lead multiple high priority projects 
Bachelors or Masters degree
5 years of marketing experience 
Native or near-native English speaker
Experience of working in a cross functional /matrix organization.
