Content Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of Marketing Communications, you will be part of a results-driven marketing communications team dedicated to Elsevier’s partnership with healthcare educators. We partner with educators and programs to prepare students to succeed in today's healthcare environment. 

You will be responsible for B2B social media, content marketing production, development of customer success stories, managing web resources/content tagging via a robust CMS, and assisting in B2B communication campaigns. This position is responsible for executing multi-channel campaign strategies to generate leads for product solutions. 

  • Background in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related degree 
  • High level of written and oral communication skills 
  • Strategic self-starter with strong project-management skills 
  • Background in SEO, PPC, and paid advertising
  • Experience using a content management system (CMS) 
  • Ability to interact with student and faculty customers with professionalism and a positive attitude 
  • Preference to those with examples of prior content marketing/copywriting/journalism projects 
  • Deep intellectual curiosity and dedication to furthering self-education on healthcare markets/trends
